Isadora Cidade joined Avion as a Finance Fellow in 2022 with 7+ years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis and Strategic Planning. Isadora specializes in supporting organizations in meeting their financial demands and performing market research to identify growth strategies that help companies reach their goals. In her role, Isadora performs work directly related to the general business operations of Avion by providing project and client support through market research, lead report generation, materials creation, and financial modeling. Having worked in various industries and countries, she learned to adapt to different environments and languages, work collaboratively with people from diverse backgrounds, and bring innovative solutions to companies’ problems.

Isadora earned an eMBA from Cleveland State University and received The John Baker EMBA Alumni Award, recognizing her commitment to excellence and ethics in business career development. Isadora also has a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering and a Minor in Entrepreneurship from the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
