With over 11 years of combined experience in business administration, operations, human resources, and project management, Jessica Sandor is a professional problem solver, optimization ace, and Operations Manager at Avion Consulting Group. She applies her diverse skills in a holistic manner to foster the growth and development of Avion and provide full-spectrum support and strategy to the team.

Jessica’s experience working to assist C-Suite executives, combined with her interest in systems design and exposure to a wide range of industries, led her to Avion in early 2022 where she is responsible for the smooth day-to-day running of the operations of the business and proactively identifying and delivering improvements to the way Avion operates. Her role involves driving efficiencies and streamlining processes to provide mission critical business solutions. Jessica studied Business and Information Technology at Cuyahoga Community College through High Tech Academy, a post-secondary dual enrollment early college program. Additionally, she has founded several successful local networking groups, including the Cleveland Jobs network and the Old Brooklyn Young Professionals Group.
